We can’t say enough good things about Master Flooring Design Center. Owner, Wali, and his skilled craftsman, Sher, are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional.  They were most helpful in picking out the best flooring option for our needs. Their timeline was accurate and Wali communicated readily to keep us apprised of changes and updates. The work that Sher did for us on our staircase and stairs was excellent! Absolutely beautiful finished product, and fine workmanship. The crew that laid the floor was also very skilled and were a pleasure to have in our home. They worked steadily and efficiently to get the job done. They were polite, kind, and took very good care of our home. The entire crew also cleaned up every day before leaving the job, and again upon completion. Walli and his crew are AMAZING!!  They installed carpet and luxury vinyl and did a magnificent job.  The most impressive part was how they matches the wooden staircase that they redid to match the luxury vinyl.  They did it by eye and hand, a true work of art, and it matches perfectly! I have owned many homes nationwide and had equally as many new floors installed.  Without a doubt, this was my best experience from sales to installation.

They are friendly, responsive, professional and costs are reasonable with no surprises.

In our newly purchased townhome, Master Flooring replaced old carpet and old hardwoods on our main and basement levels with beautiful, durable, waterproof and fireproof vinyl floors.  They even installed a one of a kind custom matching staircase.

The installation team were master installers.  The quality of the install was nothing less than perfect.  They showed up on-time and kept things clean and safe.
